Partner with SA Guild

SA Guild represents more than 100 professional guides who lead experiences throughout San Antonio, the Texas Hill Country, across Texas, and beyond. Every year, our members welcome and advise tens of thousands of visitors, helping shape how they experience our community, attractions, businesses, and culture.

Since SA Guild’s earliest days, partnerships with local businesses and nonprofit organizations have played an essential role in advancing our mission. These relationships do more than provide financial support – they help ensure our members remain informed about new attractions, programs, exhibits, services, and visitor experiences so they can recommend the very best our region has to offer.

In return, Partners gain direct access to one of the region’s most influential networks of tourism professionals. By building relationships with SA Guild members, Partners increase awareness of their organization while ensuring guides have the latest information to share with visitors every day.

Why Become a Partner?

  • Welcome Recognition – New Partners are introduced during a monthly SA Guild meeting with a 90-second presentation highlighting the organization, its mission, and why it is valuable for guides to know.
  • Year-Round Visibility – Partner logos are prominently displayed on the SA Guild website and during monthly meetings, providing ongoing visibility to an audience that regularly influences visitor decisions and recommendations.
  • Connection with Professional Guides – Partners are invited to attend monthly meetings, hear guest speakers, and engage directly with guides. These conversations often provide valuable insight into visitor interests, tourism trends, and opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Monthly Partner Spotlight – Throughout the year, Partners are featured during SA Guild meetings, giving members a deeper understanding of the organization’s offerings and important updates that can benefit visitors.
  • FAM Trip Opportunities – Partners may host a Familiarization (FAM) Trip, allowing SA Guild members to experience their attraction, venue, service, or program firsthand. These experiences equip guides with authentic knowledge that leads to more informed recommendations.
  • Ongoing Communication – Partners may share important news with the Guild throughout the year, including new offerings, seasonal events, operational changes, special promotions, or information that helps guides connect visitors with the organization’s services.

Dues

  • Businesses – $100 per calendar year
  • Nonprofit organizations – $100 per calendar year

Many Partners view their annual dues as an advertising and marketing investment because of the year-round brand exposure and direct engagement with the professionals who influence thousands of visitor experiences each year.
