The Professional Tour Guide Association of San Antonio trains and certifies Tour Guides. These Tour Guides work as and along with Tour Directors and Tour Managers.

Its trained guides lead San Antonio City and South Texas Tours, provide Step-on Guides, perform Meet and Greet Services, act as Hospitality Personnel, and lead Mission (including the Alamo), Military, Ranch, and Hill Country Tours.
