Favorite Lunch Place" is operated by chef-owner John Blanks
and named after Wheeler's of London, England. Our primary aim
is to present to our customer food which is both mouth-watering
and eye-appealing. We cook from scratch, using the freshest produce,
baking, grilling, and poaching in the traditional manner. Quiche
Lorraine, salads, homemade German sausage, made-to-order fresh-cut
sandwiches, and Texas beans and cornbread are just a sample of
our fare. Our hamburgers hold the title of "Best Burgers
in Town."
Located
in the middle of the Texas Hill Country in Fredericksburg, you
will find Wheeler's in the center of town on the corner of East
Main and Llano, with bus drop-off on Llano Street, right next to
our restaurant. Wheeler's is open 7 days a week for lunch and special
groups with service beginning at 11:00am. Call and we will be ready
for you.
